bright blue skies.

I have been woken by the sunshine and bright blue skies.. such a beautiful morning. A week ago today I was still away and I cant help but think of where next. I'm now on the search for the perfect holiday destination at the end of September? Would love some suggestions...

 Im thinking santorini or somewhere in the south of France.... Good weather, beautiful sights and delicious food?

brushed silk.

I have been meaning to share this dress with you for over a month.. finally got some time off and chance to photograph it to show you!
  The brushed silk feels dreamy to wear - the way it drapes and hangs so beautifully, then the exposed zip and v detail to the back that adds an edge.
Now they have a sale preview i have been considering it in the green option too?Katie.x

Just about warm enough to get away with bare legs, my new shoes and light denim from Zara.

I seem to be drawn like a magpie to all things silver ... currently considering a pair of silver leather converse... should I do it? xx

colour revisited.

Need to add some colour back into my life... I seem to have been living in black, white, navy and grey with a few exceptions lately. 

Some blog visiting along with old outfit posts revisited have just given me the kick I needed! 

Now i'm fancying a vivid blue silk shirt from the Kooples... I have a mild obsession.

On another note... I should probably get around to posting my treats from the past few months!!

Dressing down one of my favourite dresses with

Recently purchased acne jumper.. that works just as well when reversed and thrown on as a cardi.. coat/ all round wardrobe essential. I couldn't resist it's knockout shade of orangey red. Sure you will be seeing lots of it in the coming months. 
Today it's my brothers birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!xx
